Strata title is the most common form of apartment and townhouse ownership in Australia and numbers are increasing as we build more apartments. In New South Wales, it is predicted that almost three million people will be living in strata properties by 2040, according to Financial Counselling Australia data.
Strata managers, property managers, and buyers' agents are facing an increasing need to understand strata to be able to support their landlords and tenants when managing properties in a strata complex.
