John is a fourth-generation builder with a family legacy in construction dating back to 1899. Raised in New Zealand and trained on-site from an early age, he has delivered more than 85 residential builds and developments across Sydney over the past 15 years.In addition to his building work, John has conducted over 770 inspections and produced extensive building reports, including expert witness assessments. He has experience in general construction and in work site accident or incident reporting. He conducted safety and security risk assessments in the Royal New Zealand Navy, the New Zealand Army, and on constructions sites in Sydney. He has qualifications in science, process engineering, construction and workplace health and safety.

As President of the Australian Society of Building Consultants, he is actively involved across several industry bodies, including as Chairman of the Strata Inspection Panel.

John brings deep technical expertise and a strong commitment to industry standards, with a particular interest in concrete performance and sustainable construction practices.
